HSE Advisor

South Australia

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join Leed and work across some of South Australia’s leading civil infrastructure projects.

This site-based role will provide visible safety leadership in the field. You will work closely with supervisors, leading hands, subcontractors and construction crews to proactively manage health, safety, environmental and operational risks.

You will provide practical HSE advice, conduct site inspections and investigations, assist with project HSE plans and documentation, and deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings. You will also support the HSE Manager with the implementation and continual improvement of HSE systems.

Project Manager

Regional Victoria and New South Wales

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil and water infrastructure projects across regional Victoria and New South Wales.

Working alongside Leed’s construction teams, subcontractors and client representatives, you will oversee projects from planning through to completion, with responsibility for safety, quality, program, budgets, contract administration and client relationships.

The role involves working on a 10-day-on, four-day-off roster, with projects typically ranging from six to 18 months in duration.
