Leed is pleased to announce that the business has entered into an agreement to join JN Bentley, the UK contracting arm of the global Mott MacDonald Group. This marks an exciting milestone for the company and reflects the strength of the reputation Leed has built over the past 24 years in delivering high-quality water and civil infrastructure projects across Australia.
Founded in 1972, JN Bentley has a long history in the UK construction market, delivering civil engineering contracting services, together with mechanical and electrical expertise, predominantly for clients in the water sector.
Looking ahead
Joining JN Bentley, part of the global Mott MacDonald Group, will provide Leed with access to a broader range of resources, skills and expertise, along with opportunities to work more strategically across design and delivery. This will help strengthen our capabilities, support future growth across our core infrastructure markets, and further enhance the outcomes we deliver for clients.
Leed looks forward to continuing its work with clients, suppliers, and partners as it enters this new chapter.
Craig Laslett, Leed managing director said: “Leed is very fortunate to be entering this next phase alongside such a respected and successful partner in JN Bentley. The opportunity to leverage our combined expertise will strengthen our offering and support sustainable growth while staying true to who we are as a business.”
