National water and civil infrastructure firm Leed Engineering and Construction has announced the acquisition of Ecospec, a specialist in the design and construction of structural remediation solutions, concrete remediation, environmental protection and infrastructure maintenance.
Ecospec Managing Director David O’Sullivan will retain a seat on the Board along with Leed’s founder and Chair Andrew Millar and Managing Director Craig Laslett who will also become Managing Director of Ecospec.
Mr Laslett said, “We are delighted to welcome Ecospec into the Leed Group. Their considerable expertise in structural remediation and environmental protection extends our already extensive capability in water and civil infrastructure. With our organisations’ shared values and complimentary skills, we saw obvious synergies and we are looking forward to working together to ensure even better outcomes for our clients”.
