Leed employ more than 150 full time personnel including tertiary qualified Project Managers, Engineers and experienced Supervisors to manage projects both on and off site.  On-going training of our people ensures that their skill level is being improved upon and job satisfaction through advancement in the company is encouraged.

Mark Jones
Managing Director

Mark has more than 15 years experience in the design and construction of major civil infrastructure works in SA and Victoria. This includes bulk earthworks, airfield and highway pavements, pipelines, bridges, concrete and steel structures. Mark has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).

Mark is actively involved and responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Systems and Project Management

Graeme Lawler
Development Director

Graeme has over 25 years experience in the design and construction of civil infrastructure and building projects. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and has a Graduate Diploma of Business (Finance).  Graeme continues to play an active role in the civil engineering industry both in South Australia and Australia as current Board Member of the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) National Committee, past president of the SA division of the CCF, Chairman of the CCF Contractors Management System (IMS) Advisory Committee.

Graeme is actively involved and responsible for Business Development, Estimating and project technical support.

Andrew Millar
Construction Director

Andrew has more than 20 years experience in the design and construction of civil infrastructure including water, wastewater, road and rail, bridges, dams and building works across Australia.  Andrew has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and is a past Vice-president of the CCF and current Director of the Civil Skills and Technology Centre Adelaide.

Andrew is actively involved and responsible for Construction Management

Dave Clark
Adviser

Dave is an adviser to the board and brings a wealth of experience having had a career that includes 8 years as General Manger of Thiess Contractors for Vic/SA/Tas and New Zealand and 3 years as Victorian General Manager for Evans & Peck.

His role is to assist the directors in promoting and managing the business growth.

Paul Schlosser
Business Development Manager

Paul is tertiary degree qualified in construction, and holds a General Builders and Supervisors Licence.  He has 30 years experience in civil engineering and commercial construction projects, and has a particular strength in estimating and bid preparation.  Paul has managed a number of State Office operations for multinational and national Companies and is well known and respected in the South Australian industry. 
Paul is responsible for Business Development.
