Torrens System Pipeline Upgrade Construction Award
Leed are awarded the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Phase 2 of the Torrens System Upgrade

Following a successful design development stage, Leed have been awarded the second stage of a two stage EPCM contract for the Design Development of a 3.5km gravity pipeline from the Kangaroo Creek Dam to the Hope Valley Reservoir. The pipeline, part of a $21M project is to be built along the River Torrens Linear Park and replaces the existing 100 year old open channel Torrens Aquaduct currently feeding the Hope Valley Reservoir. The project will involves a Design and Construct contract to construct the new pipeline and demolish the existing open channel structure.
