Management Systems

Leed’s Directors recognise that to meet client’s expectations, deliver projects on time and operate a successful Company its management systems and procedures need to be of the highest order.

Within three months of the Company commencing Leed had achieved third party accreditation for Management Systems in Quality Assurance to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 and in Environmental Management to AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004.

In addition, Leed has recently expanded its management systems accreditation having obtained certification to the Civil Contractors Federation – Integrated Management System which encompasses Quality, Environmental, and Safety to AS 4801.

An integrated approach to quality, safety and environmental management is used, each playing an important role in how the Company and individual projects are managed.
