Andrew Millar — Managing Director
Andrew is co-founder of Leed and a Civil Engineer with more than 25 years’ experience in the design and construction of civil infrastructure including water, wastewater, road and rail, bridges, dams and building works across Australia.
He has extensive experience in many forms of contract delivery including alliance, partnering and early contractor involvement for major projects.
As well as being Managing Director, Andrew is also Engineering Director for Leed's Central Region.
