Without question, people are our most important asset and not only does it feel good to know that we have excellent safety management systems in place to help take care of our people, we also have the culture to deliver ‘zero harm’.
Every year we get together and set targets to measure our progress towards this, and we actively take steps to achieve those targets through our Leed 4SITE Safety Management System.
The Leed 4SITE Safety Management System is audited and certified against AS 4801 and the Federal Safety Commission Safety Scheme and is definitely impacting our results in a positive way.
Every day, from the office to our project sites, we are working hard to ensure each person on our team, including our clients, visitors and the public, enjoys a safe and secure working environment.
